Create Your own Poké Bowl

Poké bowls have become a popular dish in recent years, and for good reason. This traditional Hawaiian dish features fresh and flavorful ingredients, making it a healthy and delicious meal option. Ingredients

Basmati Rice

almond nut tofu

Cherry tomatoes

Cucumber

Paprika

Edamame

Avocado

Mango

Peanuts

1/2 Lime

ready in 20 Minutes

Instructions

  1. Wash the rice and cook according to the instructions on the packet.
  2. Cut tofu into cubes and fry them in neutral-tasting oil until golden brown.
  3. Meanwhile, cut all vegetables and fruits into cubes or whatever shape you like.
  4. Put the rice in the middle of a bowl and other ingredients around.
  5. Mix a dressing of olive oil, soy sauce, agave syrup, salt, pepper and the juice of half a lime.
  6. Chop the peanuts and use it as a topping.
